The City is required by Section 6306 of the Public Resources Code to complete an annual financial statement and standardized reporting form for trust lands on or before December 31 of each year.

The City is required by Section 4 of Chapter 372, Statues of 2019, to submit a Trust Lands Use Plan by January 1, 2024. The district shall then submit any proposed changes or amendments to the trust lands use plan to the Commission for approval.
