Assistant Chief of the Administrative Services Division
Lisa Lloyd joined the Commission in May of 1990. During her tenure with the Commission, she has served as its Personnel Officer, Training Officer, Equal Employment Opportunity Officer and is currently the Assistant Chief of the Administrative Services Division and Labor Relations Officer. She has an extensive background in state government human resources and has been a member of the Commission’s management staff since 2002. In 2011, she completed the U.C. Davis Executive Leadership Program. Lisa earned a B.A. in Anthropology from U.C. Davis in 1990 and a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from the U.C. Davis Extension in 2008.
