Assistant Executive Officer
Colin Connor began his career with the State Lands Commission in 2001 as a Public Land Management Specialist (Appraiser) in the Land Management Division. He served as the Assistant Chief of the Land Management Division from 2007 through 2014. He was then the Chief of the Administrative Services Division before becoming the Assistant Executive Officer in June 2016. Colin was a licensed commercial real estate appraiser in the private sector for 18 years prior to joining the Commission. Colin has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate and Land Use from California State University, Sacramento.
