Final Rincon Phase 2 Decommissioning Feasibility Study

The Commission released the Final Feasibility Study on July 21, 2022. Responses to public comments are included in the Final Feasibility Study. On August 23, 2022, the Commission will consider staff’s recommendations regarding a proposed project and alternatives to analyze in an Environmental Impact Report. This meeting will be hosted in San Diego with an option to participate via Zoom.
