The Commission hereby initiates notification of a 15-day written comment period. Comments relevant to the proposed modifications must be submitted by February 24, 2026, for consideration by the Commission. Written comments may also be submitted by email to cslc.regulations@slc.ca.gov.
The Commission, upon consideration of written comments received during the 60-day public comment period, has modified the proposed regulations to Article 4.5 of Chapter 1, Division 3, Title 2 of the California Code of Regulations.
