Rincon Phase 2 Decommissioning Project

The Commission, as lead agency under the California Environmental Quality Act, has prepared an Addendum to the Final EIR for the Rincon Phase 2 Decommissioning Project (Certified on August 29, 2024). The Addendum analyzes the remediation of the Coast Ranch parcel as part of the Onshore Facility decommissioning activities analyzed in the Final Environmental Impact Report.
