Commission staff are in the early stages of the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) process for the CADEMO Offshore Wind Energy Demonstration Project. On September 26, 2022, the Commission posted a Request for Qualifications Notice to solicit environmental consultants for preparation of an EIR. A Notice of Preparation is anticipated by the end of 2022 or early 2023 to solicit scoping comments from the public for the Draft EIR.
