Consistent to Government Code section 11126, subdivision (c)(7), the Commission met in closed session with its real property negotiators regarding the assignment application from ExxonMobil to Sable Offshore Corp of four leases that support the Santa Ynez Unit, offshore Santa Barbara County.
The Chief Counsel reported the following:
The Commission has made a conditional offer to Dr. Matt Dumlao for the position of the Executive Officer of the State Lands Commission and that vote has been finalized.
