The California State Lands Commission proposes regulations to amend Article 4.7 of Chapter 1, Division 3 of Title 2 of the California Code of Regulations. The proposed action amends existing regulations to make permanent the emergency ballast water management regulations that were implemented on June 16, 2025. Public comments on the proposed rulemaking must be submitted by December 15, 2025.
