Staff will meet you in front of the main door to our office. Instead of personal service, you may also serve process on the Commission by mail with return acknowledgment pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure section 415.30.
Fiscal Recovery Funds
In May 2021, Governor Newsom announced a one-time $250 million allocation from Federal American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) funding to California’s ports to mitigate the negative economic impacts resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Platform Holly Updates
Plug and abandonment operations have resumed on Platform Holly after a 528-day hiatus under the Commission and ExxonMobil pandemic protocols. There is no assurance that we will not shut down again should there be a resurgence of the pandemic, or we determine that we cannot ensure worker safety.
Rent and Application Deferral Program
The Commission understands that the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted many people in many ways. Consequently, the Commission is offering a short-term COVID-19 rent and application expense deferral program.
