Agenda organization
The majority of items on the consent agenda are presented by the Commission’s Land Management Division and involve the state’s tide and submerged lands and beds of navigable waterways. These Land Management consent items are organized by regions (see Geographical breakdown). Consent items that are not bound by a geographic region will be listed under the Statewide heading. Consent items related to legislatively granted lands are listed under “Granted Lands.” These are followed by items from the Commission’s other divisions. Consent items involving school lands that benefit the State Teachers’ Retirement System are located in the Mineral Resources Management section.
