The Commission, upon consideration of written comments received during the 45-day public comment period and oral testimony from the public hearing, has revised proposed amendments to Article 4.9 of Chapter 1, Division 3, Title 2 of the California Code of Regulations.
This notification initiates a 15-day written comment period. Comments relevant to the proposed modifications must be submitted by November 3, 2025, for consideration by the Commission.
