The State Lands Commission is seeking public feedback to inform its forthcoming 2026-2030 Strategic Plan. Building on the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan, the updated Strategic Plan will guide the Commission’s work over the next four years to provide the people of California with effective stewardship and public access to the lands, waterways, and resources entrusted to its care.
The Commission aims to release a draft Strategic Plan for public review and comment in Fall 2026. To help inform this process, the Commission is conducting a public survey and hosting a series of virtual listening sessions. Each listening session will begin with an introductory presentation. The public and others are welcome and encouraged to join at any time during the two‑hour sessions—dates to be announced.
Please use the form below to share your ideas and suggested priorities for our updated Strategic Plan and to indicate your interest in participating in this summer’s listening sessions.
The form will close at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
