The California State Lands Commission proposes to amend Article 4.9 of Chapter 1, Division 3 of Title 2 of the California Code of Regulations. The purpose of this proposed regulatory action is to amend the administrative enforcement process for violations of the Marine Invasive Species Act. The public comment period on the proposed rulemaking action concluded on July 21, 2025.
