A novel coronavirus, named Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), was identified as the cause of an outbreak of respiratory illness first detected in Wuhan, China in 2019. Office closures

Commission offices are currently closed to visitors (not including deliveries and services providers) until further notice in light of COVID-19. To provide the public with continuity of services while protecting both you and our employees, the Commission remains open for business. You can contact staff by phone, e-mail, and mail. Rent and Application Deferral Program

The Commission understands that the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted many people in many ways. Consequently, the Commission is offering a short-term COVID-19 rent and application expense deferral program.

Marine Invasive Species Updates

This letter provides information on adjustments to the Commission’s vessel inspections in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Platform Holly Updates

Operations are temporarily suspended in response to our Pandemic Response Plan. Our contractor, Beacon West Energy, will be manning the platform and keeping it safe, ready, and maintained for the resumption of plug and abandonment operations when it is safe to re-mobilize.
