The California State Lands Commission proposes regulations to amend Article 4.5 of Chapter 1, Division 3 of Title 2 of the California Code of Regulations. The proposed action amends existing regulations to adjust the vessel arrival fee and adds an automatic adjustment for inflation every five years. Public comments on the proposed rulemaking must be submitted by January 6, 2026.
