City of Capitola
In 1935 the County of Santa Cruz was granted, in trust, certain tide and submerged lands fronting the "village of Capitola." In 1974, the County of Santa Cruz grant was amended to allow the County to convey its granted lands to the City of Capitola in trust subject to the conditions described in its granting statute. The County authorized the conveyance of a portion of its granted lands in 1978, which the City accepted.
