Crescent City Harbor District
The Crescent City Harbor District was granted sovereign tide and submerged lands in 1963 for the establishment, improvement, and conduct of a harbor, for the construction, maintenance and operation of wharves, docks, piers, slips, quays and other utilities, structures, facilities, and appliances necessary or convenient for commerce, navigation and fisheries, and for public recreation purposes.
