Geophysical Permit Program
REVIEW OF CSLC GEOPHYSICAL PERMIT PROGRAM
An environmental consultant is currently reviewing the Offshore Geophysical Permit Program, with the goal of updating programmatic California Environmental Quality Act documentation underlying the requirements of the permit.
Concurrently, Commission staff is reviewing existing permit language and requirements with the intent of updating the permit and the program requirements. We welcome comments from companies, or from individuals that are conducting or may conduct offshore geophysical surveys.
